With over 25 computer stations, Swissline integrates our MRP system throughout the facility.  Our MRP system controls inventory, order entry, vendor PO’s and scheduling.  Our estimating/quote program is state of the art with database on all types of material.

 

CNC Swiss Capacity Levels

Small to medium (.015 TO 1.500) part size, low to high volume (2 piece -1mm pieces), complex/ close tolerance precision machined components manufactured in conventional metals, as well as aerospace material and exotic plastics.

CNC Turning Department

Up to 2.250 Dia. Bar stock and 8" chucking capacity , complex/ close tolerance precision machined components manufactured in conventional metals, as well as aerospace material and exotic plastics.

We utilize computer supported in process data collection, charting and piece part serialization. We are certified in numerous ship to stock and zero defect programs.

It is this team's job to represent the customer from the time of order placement to completion. Each customer with an open order will receive an updated correspondence with reference to your purchase order indicating your job status once per week until the order is completed.
