Oasis - Optical Automatic Smart Inspection System

Our Oasis is a full-featured, non-contact video profile measurement and inspection system that allows users to measure multiple dimensions on a part simultaneously and instantly. The measurements show up in a familiar, easy-to-read drawing dimensioning format and are saved in the Oasis for inspection archival or for built-in quality control reporting. The Oasis works by utilizing an LED light source to collimate precise rays through a series of specially designed diffusers and lenses that shine across the part to be inspected. That image is then captured by a very specific telecentric optical lens, which results in a perfect monochrome profile of the inspected part. The part profile is then digitally captured with a specially designed camera system and transferred to the custom on-board computer where the software does the rest. The image is analyzed and measurement data is displayed on-screen.

Diode Pumped Laser Marking System

Our Trumpf TruMark 5000 Laser marking station is a self contained, 4 axis marking system. The fiber laser based TruMark Series 5000 is characterized by an ideal combination of high power, high repetition rates and variably definable pulse duration and form. Designed for tough applications with high power requirements and short cycle times, this laser series is the first choice for deep engraving, metal annealing and special applications of microstructuring. The TruMark station is the perfect choice for medical and instrumentation applications where a variety of materials are utilized. Equipped with an XY table and a rotary axis, the workstation is capable of circumference marking and multiple part processing for quick cycle times.  The system is capable of marking, engraving, annealing and surface ablation.
The CAD editor features functions for drawing and arranging graphical objects common to all full-scale CAD programs. The integrated converter can import the data formats DXF/DWG, HPGL and IGES, as well as pixel formats BMP, TIF, JPG and PCX. That means we can integrate graphics and logos easily and in detail. Text can be created in seconds with laser-optimized standard fonts or converted TrueType fonts from Windows. The creation of barcodes and data matrix codes is just as easy. Variable data like customer information, the time, date or sequential serial numbers can be integrated automatically or through interfaces.

Micro Abrasive Blasting Technology

With our Micro deburring units, we consistently deliver perfect, burr free parts, finished to the most demanding requirements. Utilizing a variety of media, and our extensive experience, our team is capable of working with a wide range of materials, from composites to tough aerospace alloys. From commercial components to medical instrumentation and devices we routinely exceed our customer’s expectations for micro finishing.
