Position Description
Quality Control
Technician Person familiar with quality control procedures in a ISO-9002 environment. Able to read blueprints and familiar with geometric tolerancing. Knowledge of various gaging methods and ability to work in a fast paced job shop company.
Machinist
Trainee (entry level) Entry level position to learn the screw machine industry. Trainee must have a mechanical background. Should have ability to use micrometers and familiar with blueprint reading.
Operators
CNC-Swiss Machinists able to make offset adjustments, sharpen and center tooling, familiar with Fanuc Controls, able to operate independently in a ISO-9002 job shop environment.
Setup CNC-Swiss Individual able to program and setup CNC-Swiss Screw Machines with little supervision. Individual should have a minimum of three(3) years experience setting up and operating Swiss style cnc machines. Full knowledge of offset, parameter and Fanuc Controls are a must.
